Annual billing in USD. 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. One license per business site, movable any time from the customer portal. If a license ever lapses, the plugin returns to Free and every record stays exactly where it is.

The Fine Print, in Plain English

Who buys the license, the business or the developer?

Either works. A developer can purchase on the business’s behalf and bill it inside a retainer, or the business purchases and the developer installs and maintains it. One license covers one business site.

Do I need Sovereign to use AI?

No. Premium includes the full assistant, running on provider API keys supplied at setup. Sovereign removes the keys entirely: TSSG runs the AI service, so it works the moment the license activates.

What happens if my license expires?

The plugin returns to Free features on that site. Nothing is deleted and nothing is exported. Re-activate at any time and everything unlocks in place.

Can I move my license to a new site?

Yes. Deactivate from the old site’s settings or from the customer portal, then activate on the new one with the same key. Licenses are written per site, so one key covers one business site at a time.

Is the Free version a trial?

It is the product. No time limit, no card, no record caps. Upgrading unlocks features on the data that is already there. There is no migration and no re-import.
